We require a 50% deposit to reserve your event. Balance due after set up. Cash, Checks or Money Orders. There will be a $35.00 bounce check fee if check is returned.
If a cancellation is due to bad weather, deposit is fully refundable. All deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is made two days prior to the event.
SET UP and PICK UP
It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to set up your bounce house or other equipment. Client will provide electricity within 75 feet of unit. All rental equipment will be picked up at the designated time. It will take about 20-30 minutes to take unit down. At this time, unit will be inspected for damage, cleaned and sanitized onsite.
It is important that you follow rental agreement guidelines and procedures to ensure your child’s safety. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 786-390-3995.
If there is ever a power loss, unit will start to deflate. Have an adult supervise everyone’s exit from the unit as quickly as possible. Once everyone has exited, make sure the on/off switch of the blower has not accidentally turned off and check to make sure that electricity is going to the blower. If it has turned off, turn the switch back on or plug the blower back in and unit should start to inflate again. Only re-enter after a supervising adult has checked to make sure that unit is fully inflated.
If unit becomes damaged, do not operate. Exit unit immediately and turn power off to deflate. Immediately call us at 786-390-3995.
